This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the sales team, helping secure renewals and drive business growth
  • Support the sales team in monitoring campaign performance and crafting data-driven recommendations using Doximity’s first-party and third-party (Rx/Dx) data
  • Present campaign performance and ROI insights to clients’ marketing and analytics teams to build trust and demonstrate value
  • Translate complex data into bespoke narratives tailored to each client’s marketing objectives, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful
  • Design and oversee the creation of smarter, automated reporting solutions for clients and internal teams
  • Leverage Doximity's extensive data to identify behavioral patterns among medical professionals on our platform
  • Build strong relationships with key client and agency analytics team members to foster long-term partnerships
  • Expand your expertise with guidance from experienced mentors, growing both your technical and leadership skills

What a Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Five or more years of experience illustrating the traits outlined in our core values
  • Experience with HCP-focused digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brands
  • Strong knowledge of Prescription (Rx) and Medical Claims (Dx) data
  • Advanced data manipulation skills

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with program measurement approaches like Test vs. Control or Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Experience presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Background in analytics within the life sciences industry
  • Agency, media, or vendor experience in healthcare technology
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platform

Compensation 

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
