Summary

An experienced HR Automation Developer with a strong background in developing and implementing automation solutions using applications such as UiPath, Power Automate Workflows and more. Proven ability to enhance efficiency and improve user experience and handle complex issues through innovative automation designs. At times must be able to guide stakeholders to decisions and seek advice on intricate business matters; with the adaptability to manage diverse situations and provide strategic direction.

Key Skills

  • Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing customized workflow automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate (Flow), and/or related RPA automation platforms.
  • Partners and consults with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize HR processes suitable for automation.
  • Prepares and facilitates process design sessions related to robotics process, validates rules and reports, captures business process requirements and design.
  • Integrates automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of deployed RPA bots, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Conducts testing of solution/workflows on leading platforms, as well as conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure error-free automation and optimal performance.
  • Provides demos, training, and guidance to end-users on how to use and interact with solutions effectively.
  • Creates detailed technical documentation, including process documentation, design specifications, security documentation and user guides for solutions.
  • Continuously researches and stays abreast of automation trends, best practices, and market solutions.
  • Manages to project timelines; assesses risks and change controls, and clearly communicates status updates and delays during the execution of solutions.

Education

  • Degree and/or equivalent experience in technology or related IT field.
