The Impact You’ll Make:

Upside is looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to guide the success of our Retailer Go-to-Market teams. You will have experience in revenue enablement, revenue operations, or a related field and will develop enablement strategies that increase efficiency, optimize performance, and contribute to revenue growth. You will report to our Director, GTM Enablement.

Develop and Implement Enablement Programs

  • Oversee the Onboarding program for all new RGTM team members (Sales, AMs, Marketing, Client Delivery, Sales Ops) 
  • Design, launch, and manage comprehensive enablement programs focused on product training, skill development, and ongoing learning 
  • Create engaging content and training materials, including presentations, playbooks, and guides, tailored to different roles within the revenue team

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop training sessions and workshops to address identified needs and track improvements post-training
  • Collect and act on feedback from RGTM teams to refine enablement programs and improve their effectiveness
  • Measure and demonstrate results of enablement work.

Process and Tool Implementation

  • Oversee the adoption and use of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, , Confluence, etc.).
  • Standardize and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and guide better outcomes.

Content Management

  • Create a centralized content library for easy access to resources, training materials, and best practices.
  • Create prescriptive plays for reps to use, highlighting the content most likely to lead to increased site launches

Merchant Education

  • Support Upsides Merchant (client) Enablement efforts by building a Merchant Education program
  • Build content, deliver Merchant trainings and webinars, and measure the effectiveness of the program

What You Have:

  • 5+ years in a sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar role, in a B2B environment.
  • Experience facilitating impactful training programs.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and learning management systems.
  • High degree of collaboration and ability to work across diverse teams
  • Experience with Challenger Sales methodology
  • Bachelor's degree

Location:

This hybrid role is required to work at our NYC or DC office for two days/week.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000 to $145,950 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
