Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.
  • Responsible for delivering all production-based activities:
    • Receiving products and putting away in locators,
    • Picking, packing and shipping products to our customers.
  • Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.
    • Inventory Counts/Checks/Investigations/Adjustments
    • Logging and moving of work and inventory between departments
    • Quality Checks and Logs
    • Checking/Loging and movement of Human Tissue products which require strict temperature, humidity control and Quality checks to ensure regulatory requirements and the safety and well being of our customers.
  • Delivering value-added services for the business.
  • Training new starters ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions.
  • Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager.
  • Identify area for continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level.
  • Promote a safe working environment and champion quality, ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy.
  • Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture.
  • Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business.

Education & Experience

  • Relevant education or similar job experience
  • A minimum of 2 years warehouse related experience and ideally within medical devices or highly regulated industry.
  • Fluent English is essential and a good understanding of Swedish is required.
  • Hold a valid IATA and/or ADR Dangerous Goods qualification (preferred).
  • Hold a valid Counter Balance Forklift licence (preferred).
  • A working knowledge of Warehouse processes.
  • ERP/WMS (Oracle or similar) is essential.
