At Nasdaq, our Customer Services team plays a key role in improving the client experience and driving business success. As a Data Integration Specialist, you will own the onboarding of new and existing customers to our Trade Surveillance SaaS platform. This includes managing stakeholders, performing hands-on technical integrations, and ensuring smooth data testing and setup. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with opportunities to grow, learn, and make a global impact.
Lead client onboarding from post-sales to launch, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored project plans.
Guide customers through Nasdaq Data Specifications, data mapping, and quality testing.
Configure applications based on client needs and handle launch documentation and change requests.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, analysts, development) to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong experience with Unix/Linux commands and regular expressions.
Deep understanding of capital markets, including Equities, Futures, Options, and OTC products like Forex and Fixed Income.
Familiarity with trading protocols (e.g., FIX, Omnet) and version control tools like GIT.
Clear and professional communication across all levels.
