Job Description: 

The candidate will be responsible for the assurance of expected business outcome through managing multiple suppliers. The candidate will oversee all the workplace services and small facility projects including improvement and replacement works on all facilities including building maintenance, shuttle operations, gym services and caf management. The candidate will be providing support to both Shanghai and Taiwan; where major space projects will involve facility design and customers coordination. The candidate will manage all the critical meeting documentations and filing; driving assurance of all the critical milestones with results.

This is a 2-years fixed-term contract position.

Qualifications:

Site service operator to drive event planning and execution by following the global program design. Monitor and drive suppliers’ compliance in multiple disciplines such as fitness center, cafeteria and other workplace services

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree on a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facility operations or workplace management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experiences in managing multiple vendors
• Experience supporting large-scale or global corporate events is highly desirable.

• Vendor management capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
