Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our BFL Project team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a 20–25 person associate team, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery within the banking sector.

You will lead a dynamic group of professionals focused on meeting critical Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Manage daily operations for a team of 20–25 associates, overseeing productivity, quality, and attendance to consistently meet or exceed Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders through regular communication and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting to ensure process transparency and alignment on business goals.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by performing periodic reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining rigorous operational discipline regarding staff schedules and login protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in a team-handling capacity, specifically within the banking sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional presentation skills.

  • Proven ability in leadership and conflict resolution, with a focus on coaching, motivating large teams, and managing attrition in high-pressure environments.

  • A University Degree (Graduate) in any stream.
