The Role
As a Business Analyst Consultant on the FIA Data Product and Governance team within the Core Wealth Platform Product Area, you will support multiple squad initiatives aimed at growing our core business and scaling our technology. You are a digitally savvy strategic thinker with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and building latest technology solutions. In this role, you will focus on data distribution, aggregation, and analysis for the FIA business. You will play a critical role in helping to analyze report impacts based on source data and format changes and support data governance, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives. You will lean into your growth mindset to stay current with emerging cloud technologies and analytics trends and create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

The Team
You will be a member of the Core Wealth Platform Product Area. Your primary focus will be supporting the platform health, growth, scale and modernization efforts of the platform, application and systems supporting the Fidelity Insurance Agency. In this role you will partner with a variety of key stakeholders including other Teams withing the Platform Area, Wealth Digital Experience, Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA), Fidelity Insurance Group (FIG), and Brokerage and enterprise partners.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
