Position Summary
This role is responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of Aetna’s Commercial Medical Premium.  This involves turning premium data into information to allow for market and segment views of premium drivers between actual and forecasted results.

• Compile, reconcile and maintain customer level premium data from numerous sources across multiple Access databases

• Build cohort level budget and forecast premium and membership data from multiple forecasting tools

• Produce and analyze customer level premium reports and other reporting tools to understand business performance and drivers of results

• Provide support to Segment and Region Finance teams

• Provide guidance to team’s FLDP

• Develop and implement enhancements, efficiencies, and modifications to improve processes and respond to business needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, reporting or financial analysis experience

• 1+ years of Access and Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Hyperion and Oracle GL

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Ability to independently problem solve

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years). Preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
