Job Description Summary:

The Physician Practice Manager directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions for the maternal fetal medicine clinics at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Dublin Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Doctor's Hospital and Pickerington Methodist Hospital. They are responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, implements and supports MSF policies and procedures. In addition, the Practice Manager works effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies. They also provide education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Field of Study: Business Administration
Years of experience: 5 to 9

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
A minimum of 7 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 5 years of supervision or management experience.
Health care management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting. May be substituted in lieu of requirements in certain circumstances.

LOCATION:
The Practice Manager will be required to visit each clinic location. At least 1-2 days per week will be at Riverside Methodist Hospital, and the other days, the manager will work out of the other locations which include Dublin Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Doctor's Hospital and Pickerington Methodist Hospital.

Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm
Friday: 7:30am-11:30am
