Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth strategy for Sigma’s international business, leveraging a robust network of distributors.
- Oversee all aspects of overseas sales for elevator, escalator, and travelator products, including spare parts and modernization. Manage operations to secure orders, boost sales, and improve margins.
- Expand Sigma’s global footprint by identifying and appointing distributors in new markets.
- Manage and assess the performance of our existing overseas distributor network, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Take ownership of Sigma’s P&L, optimizing strategies, resources, and processes for the International Business division.
- Foster sustained engagement with overseas distributors, emphasizing the three absolutes: Ethics, Quality, and Safety.
- Lead and mentor Sigma employees, providing guidance and support to team leaders.


Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in P&L and functional leadership, with a strong track record of driving international business growth.
- Background in industrial goods, specifically in managing international distributor networks
