Project Role : Infrastructure Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Support sales teams to shape and sell new deals, particularly in assessing and resolving client infrastructure engineering problems and proposing solutions. Represent the infrastructure engineering aspects for the client during the sales cycle.

Summary: As an Infrastructure Solution Architect, you will engage with sales teams to shape and sell new deals by assessing and resolving client infrastructure engineering challenges. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring that the infrastructure engineering aspects are effectively represented throughout the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing expert guidance on infrastructure solutions that align with their business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines proposed infrastructure solutions and their benefits. 1. Works with cross-functional stakeholders to finalize desired technical specifications and back-end design 2. Codes, tests, debugs and documents complex programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements 3. Develops and maintains back-end application design, program specification documents, and proprietary applications 4. Contributes effectively as a member of the team; takes ownership of individual assignments and projects with moderate oversight 5. Manages and updates issue-tracking system when gaps in code and documentation are discovered 6. Designs and develops backend software for internal and external facing applications 7. Works with project lead and internal stakeholders to formulate sprint backlog 8. Develops detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development 9. Identifies and resolves system operating programs in order to provide continuous business operations 10. Interacts with user management regarding project status and user requirements to promote an environment with improved productivity and satisfaction 11. Provides technical leadership and training to other members of the IT team 12. Assists in scheduling, determining manpower requirements, and estimating costs to project completion in order to meet user and technical requirements. 13. Develops new control applications from a set of specifications and tests new and modified control applications 14. May provide remote support for field personnel as they install and troubleshoot new applications 15. May Provide on-site support for some scheduled installations and upgrades and end-user phone support, primarily concerning application issues 16. Creates documentation for configurations and how to implement and test the applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in noSQL Couchbase, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with NoSQL. - Strong understanding of database design and architecture principles. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services. "Must Have Skills: 1. 4+ years of Experience in SQL and Couchbase 2. Database development and support engineer with 3+ years in progressive roles 3. Requires strong SQL knowledge 4. Requires familiarity with no-SQL databases, Couchbase strongly preferred 5. Requires the ability to support both Windows and Linux environments 6. Keen understanding of log files for monitoring, planning, and troubleshooting 7. Experience with data warehousing is a plus 8. Requires proficiency and 1-2 years' experience in .NET development; experience using the Couchbase .NET SDK is a plus 9. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with frameworks like ASP.NET Core. 10. Must be comfortable working with a global team of IT members, business stakeholders, contractors, and vendor partners 11. Resource should be open to work in B Shift (Afternoon Shifts 12:30 to 10:30) on week days from the client office, with a mandatory in-office presence of at least 3 days per week)
