You will be responsible for training and developing our current team, generating new pipeline, winning new business, and building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You are a sales or consulting professional with demonstrated experience within the Taft-Hartley & Public Sector market, leading high performing teams to navigate complex sales opportunities, close multi-employer deals, and consistently exceed goals. This candidate must be a strong leader who is extremely well organized, has in-depth market knowledge, well built relationships, process oriented, metrics driven, and quality minded.
