Job Description Summary:

Enterprise subject matter expert who designs, governs, and evaluates compensation programs to align with strategy. Leads enterprise initiatives, advises executives, and sets standards for equitable, market-competitive pay.

*This is a Hybrid Position at our Administrative Campus.

Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management (Required)

Additional Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)

  • 8+ years of compensation experience with demonstrated SME depth.

  • Expertise with Workday Compensation and market pricing platforms; advanced modeling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree, preferred
  • CCP or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred.
  • 4 - 8 years of experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other relevant professional certification is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with market pricing systems (e.g., MarketPay) and HR systems such as Workday.
  • Experience with managing complex, highly visible projects through the various phases of implementation.
