Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing principles.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to align with business workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production planning environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Bachelors Degree from computer science background is required.
