JOB OVERVIEW: 

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the strategic direction and execution of recruitment across the organization, overseeing the Talent Acquisition team. This role empowers, coaches, and inspires the team to deliver exceptional results while ensuring a consistent candidate experience. As a trusted partner and advisor to the HR team, hiring managers, and business leaders, the Talent Acquisition Manager brings expertise, creativity, and passion to building a world-class recruiting function. They play a key role in advancing our employment brand, attracting top talent, and enhancing candidate experience to support our growth with a strong, values-aligned workforce.

  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver high-impact recruiting outcomes. 

  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to both operations and office-based roles. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines. 

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. 

  • Focus relentlessly on candidate experience. Implement the necessary processes and measures to ensure a positive experience for every candidate. 

  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics; identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

  • Champion employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates aligned with our mission, values, and behaviors.   

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and platforms. 

  • Ensure equitable, consistent, and thorough hiring practices in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.  

  • Collaborate with HR peers on workforce planning and onboarding strategies. 

JOB EXPERIENCE: 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources 

  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience 

  • Experience recruiting for both manufacturing/operations and professional/office roles. 

  • Experience with Workday (preferred). 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Strong leadership and team development skills. 

  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics. 

  • Expert recruiting capabilities, including targeted sourcing, candidate management, and negotiating. 

  • Strong analytical capability.  Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into understandable insights and actions. Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to influence decisions.    

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish (preferred)  

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.  

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

Primarily office-based with occasional travel to manufacturing sites and recruiting events. 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Standard business hours with flexibility to support urgent hiring needs.

Expected Pay Range: $115k-$140k, salary exempt (Salary is based on experience and will be offered at the appropriate level)
