We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services practice, focusing on Capital Markets and Wealth Management. • Delivering strategic and operational transformation projects across Capital Markets and Wealth Management.

• Oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, from discovery and solutioning through implementation and change management, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client goals.

• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on key business challenges and transformation initiatives.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning, innovation, and personal development.

• Assess current-state client operations across front-, middle-, and back-office functions and design targeted recommendations for improvement.

• Drive digital transformation efforts by introducing innovative tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to deliver forward-looking insights and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or adjacent financial services areas, with a strong track record of team management and stakeholder engagement.

• Deep understanding of the financial services value chain, particularly in client lifecycle management, investment advisory, and regulatory compliance.

• Prior consulting experience or in-house transformation leadership, with the ability to deliver under pressure in dynamic, client-facing environments.

• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment among stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
