The Shift:

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Work:

• Position will work in coordination with the Primary Care Clinic Practice Manager to oversee staff focused on ancillary staff including lab & x-ray..
• Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
• Supervise assigned clinical departments.
• Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.
• Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
• Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
• Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.
