Als Customer Service Representative (m/w/*) am Standort Neuss für den Bereich Abrasive System Division, Precision Grinding & Finishing (PG&F) Business, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr Wissen gezielt einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen.

Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Die selbstständige, serviceorientierte Betreuung eines definierten Kundenkreises in der EMEA-Region (Europa, Naher Osten, Afrika) im oben genannten Bereich per E-Mail, Telefon und weiteren Kanälen.
• Die Annahme, der reibungslose Ablauf und die Kontrolle von Anfragen gehören zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben, wobei die optimale Auftragsbearbeitung im Fokus steht.
• Die Beratung und Betreuung unserer Key-Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Verkauf & Marketing, Supply Chain, den Werken und anderen Servicefunktionen.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen:

Mindestqualifikationen für diese Rolle:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor of Arts Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer vergleichbaren Servicefunktion.
• Sehr gute verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Customer-First-Mindset – Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Servicebereitschaft gegenüber Kunden.
• Teamarbeit und Lösungsorientierung stehen für Sie an erster Stelle.
• Hohe Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen, z.B. MS Office, SAP und Salesforce (oder vergleichbare Systeme).
