Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
● Supports the assigned Quality area (Source, FQR, Returns, RMA, Document Control, Lockheed, SCARS) in performance and administration of the areas assigned workload.
● Supports the area in resolving order processing problems through coordination with Arrow Sales/Marketing Representative, SSG, Quality, Suppliers, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and direct customer engagement.
● Provides area support for metrics/reporting, process instructions, corrective/preventive action, process improvement activities, QMS audits, and serves as area subject matter expert.
● Supports all department administrative functions that include the following: shift scheduling, maintenance of department operating supplies/equipment, coordinating Arrow resources to resolve technical issues with department equipment.

Work Arrangement:

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$21,191.67 - $28,608.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
