Role Purpose
The Senior Director I, Martech & Workflow Ops, leads the rollout, integration, and user adoption of MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront) to drive operational excellence in marketing. This role leads a team of Workflow Technologists, supporting both anthemic (long-term, high-impact) and deaveraged (agile, market-specific) workstreams. The position is accountable for automating intake, prioritization, approvals, and reporting using Workfront and AI/Agentic AI, orchestrating dynamic workflows for speed, transparency, and resource optimization—including packaging.

What You Will Do for Us

  • Lead rollout, integration, and user adoption of MarTech platforms, with a focus on Adobe Workfront and workflow automation.
  • Build and manage a team of Workflow Managers supporting anthemic and deaveraged content streams.
  • Automate intake, prioritization, approvals, and reporting processes using Workfront and AI/Agentic AI.
  • Orchestrate dynamic workflows for both anthemic and deaveraged content, ensuring speed, transparency, and resource optimization.
  • Drive process improvement across marketing, advancing an efficient marketing process that drives speed and scale for all workflows.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and scalability of marketing processes through technology and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a change leader, championing MarTech adoption and workflow innovation across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, workflow management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in MarTech platforms, especially Adobe Workfront, and workflow automation.
  • Experience leading teams and driving technology adoption in a marketing environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to deliver results through process and technology innovation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range:

$189,000 - $217,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
