Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager (Vaccine) to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for one of our key vaccine brands. This role is vital to driving commercial success and contributing to public health improvements through collaborative cross-functional efforts and innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans aligned with business objectives and market demands.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand competitive landscape, customer insights, and trends.
    • Monitor and adjust strategies based on brand performance metrics to achieve targets.
  • Marketing Execution:

    • Plan and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns.
    • Develop promotional materials in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with field force teams to deploy effective tools and training for healthcare professionals.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (medical, regulatory, omnichannel) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
    • Partner with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and maintain alignment.
  • Budget Management:

    • Manage brand budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization.
    • Monitor financial performance, sales forecasts, and budget variances.
  • Performance Tracking:

    • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis and leverage data insights for improvement.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all marketing activities comply with GSK's internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed on industry regulations and vaccine marketing guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the vaccine industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
