Who You Are?
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Capital Markets, or Econometrics,
- Experienced in the settlement, custody, and/or treasury operations units of brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, or banks; capable of managing MKK clearing operations processes, (Preferably 3-5 years of experience)
- Proficient in operations related to EFT, Swift, cash flow, and brokerage/investment transactions,
- Able to effectively utilize BIST, Takasbank, and MKK systems; experienced in operational reporting submitted to regulatory authorities,
- Preferably hold SPL Level 1, Level 3, and Derivative Instruments licenses,
- Capable of coordinating with accounting, technology, and investor relations departments,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs; possess strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Proficient in English; team-oriented with advanced analytical thinking skills,
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment; disciplined with a planned approach to work,
- Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and time management.
What You’ll Do?
- Participate in capital market operations across a wide range of operations (domestic and international transactions),
- Manage the clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and custody operations related to capital market instruments, and reflect transactions in customer accounts,
- Ensure the control of end-of-day bank accounts, accept incoming EFT transactions, and reflect them in customer accounts,
- Execute customer instructions and inter-account transfers, as well as manage customer account opening processes,
- Monitor capital increases and dividend distributions on behalf of customers and ensure the execution of similar transactions either partially or fully,
- Oversee reporting processes and conduct necessary controls.
