We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.

Schedule and Shifts

Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $18.50/hr.)

Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/Hr shift Premium totaling $19.00/hr.)

What You’ll Do:

Receiving Department:

·                Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

·                Meet production goals

Shipping Department:

·                Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

·                Meet production goals.

Order Selection Department:

·                Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes

·                Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt

·                Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day, all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

What You Bring:

·                No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.

·                Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment.

·                Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour.

·                Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.

·                Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.

·                Reliable attendance and transportation.

·                Dependability and team spirit.
