Summary: As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to best practices in web development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web applications while adhering to quality standards. - Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's output. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in PHP. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
