About the role:
Manages the planning, organization and implementation of complex programs.
What you will do:
- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
- Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
- Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.
What you will have:
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives; direct project management experience working with infrastructure teams in an agile environment; Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Planner, Azure Dev/Ops); project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
What is Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relateed area
- Previous agile training (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Works well with a geographically distributed team
- Quickly learns new technologies and apply them with an enterprise perspective
- Acts in a self-directed manner, independently researching tools/libraries/technologies or solving a problem with minimal oversight and instructions
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Change Management Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
- IT Service Management (ITSM) process & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes
