What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Manager / Data Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team, where the individual will lead analytic and data visualizations in support of organizational and mission goals, and support decision-making for large-scale programs within Revenue Cycle.

  • Leading design and development of data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik
  • Manages, directs, and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments
    -  Will lead a team of 6 analysts with full management functions that include hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority within own area, in accordance with review and approval procedure
  • Identifying and creating additional data visualization capabilities, as needed
  • Analyzing current processes and identifying potential improvement
  • Ensuring data governance and quality assurance standards are met
  • Developing training materials
  • Working with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organization
  • Organizing and leading client meetings, including scheduling meetings; drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes; providing and archiving required documentation; and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items
  • Summarizing and presenting information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to management and client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ten (10) or more years of data analytics experience
  • Experience leading at least 3 direct reports focused on developing analytic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience developing new, automating, and/or re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks
  • Experience analyzing and defining system requirements
  • Experience with SQL, ACL, Python, Power BI, Tableau - similar data analysis / visualization tools
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and present topics to diverse groups of functional and technical staff
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
  • Data science/analysis relative to Revenue Cycle
  • Power BI data automation and visualization / dashboard creation
  • AS400, Athena, HealthQuest
