Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Collections Executive, the Collections Associate (Temp) will primarily perform outbound collection calls and preparing email reminders for Maintenance Fee outstanding.

The Collection Associate (Temp) is also required to perform administrative duties for the Collections Team in Singapore and other regional sites if necessary.

• Contacting members for delinquent maintenance fees

• Emailing members for delinquent maintenance fees.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels

• Well-organised and has a keen eye for detail

• Highly service-oriented and is an effective team player

• Able to handle all matters in confidentiality

• Required language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English or Mandarin speaking guests. Knowledge of English or Mandarin language is essential

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
