Job Title: Developer (Channels & EAI - AS400)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Developer to support Channels & Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) systems within the Core Banking environment. The role focuses on development and Level 2 (L2) support for AS400-based applications, including payment systems and deployment automation processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for Channels & EAI applications on AS400
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG, C, and Java
  • Support payment systems and ensure smooth transaction processing
  • Work with DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment
  • Manage and support ALDON for software deployment automation on AS400
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and fixes

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AS400 platform and DB2 database
  • Proficiency in RPG, C, and/or Java programming
  • Experience in L2 support (incident handling, issue resolution)
  • Understanding of Channels & EAI systems
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Experience working with ALDON deployment tool


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Core Banking environments
  • Knowledge of system integration and middleware concepts
  • Experience in automation and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of banking/payment regulations and workflows
