Job Summary
This position provides support and program management and serves as a primary contact for NIHUB and internal clients. Leveraging strong administrative, financial management, and analytical skills, this role is responsible for managing and executing client requirements through the development, management, and monitoring of NIHUB programs, projects, trackers, and initiatives.
This role reports to the Administration Manager, with extensive collaboration with HRBPs, internal functions, cross-functional, and potentially cross-affiliate teams to ensure the delivery of business objectives.

Three to five years of directly related professional level experience (finance, economics, accounting, business strategy, organizational effectiveness). MUST. Cross-functional and cross-regional experience is desired.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Advanced English. Fully bilingual, Spanish & English at fluent levels, able to articulate and interact with all levels of management, including verbally, reading, and writing emails.
