This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
In this role you will drive business development and sales of instrumentation & analytical products, while contributing to the Automation Measurement & Analytics (AUMA) business in Hungary. Main stakeholders are O&G, Power, Water & Wastewater & Chemical industry.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, while building and expanding market presence in target industries
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and channel partners
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy
Provide technical and commercial support during the sales process
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed
Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, project management, product management, service)
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications for the role:
You are highly skilled in working with Salesforce / SAP and are engaged in the O&G, Power, Water&Wastewater & Chemical market
You have 3 years of experience as a Field Sales Engineer
You are passionate about proactively driving sales on customer side
You have a strategic and proactive market expansion mindset
You posses a Bsc or Msc degree in a relevant field
You are at ease communicating in Hungarian and English
You hold current valid driving licence (B)
