Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned operator account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth, and increase sales capability
- Establish and ongoing develop strong business relationships with operator channels. Also optimize the distribution of all new and existing products to manage promotion planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting
- Drive market share in accordance to the targets; define and maintain the strategic direction of the business plan to drive higher business contribution and ensure effective coverage of assigned accounts
- Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
- Monitor category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action as needed, to ensure achievement of business goals
- Manage the B2B sales management and
- Maintain current relationships and develop more B2B management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in in B2B, B2C & B2G Management and related of Sales operation
- Familiar with consumer, FMCGs or other related sales-driven business, preferably proven experience in competitive companies or other related customer driven organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing environments, strong planning and organizational skills
- High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive partner.
- Strategic thinking and able to execute to operation task, in-depth knowledge of corporate market needs and skilled in addressing them.
- Good Attitude with ability to perform well under high pressure
