We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR function within the Aviation Division, providing comprehensive HR services to management and employees. The role will cover a wide range of responsibilities including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with both company policies and aviation industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection for aviation positions (e.g., ramp agents, groomers, passenger service agents, safety roles). Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are effectively integrated.

  • Employee Relations:
    Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns within the aviation division. Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and local labour laws.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Support:
    Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, including RAP (Restricted Area Pass) protocols, background checks, and health/safety standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies where required.

  • Performance Management:
    Assist managers in administering performance reviews, probation evaluations, and development plans. Monitor compliance with Workday HRIS processes and deadlines.

  • HR Operations:
    Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRIS data. Support payroll with accurate submission of attendance, overtime, and leave records for aviation employees.

  • Engagement & Welfare:
    Support the execution of HR engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee well-being activities across the aviation workforce.

  • Investigations & Disciplinary Support:
    Assist with HR-led investigations relating to employee misconduct, performance concerns, or client complaints, ensuring documentation and process integrity.
