Customer Service Manager（CSM）は、カスタマーライフサイクル全体を通じて、顧客エンゲージメント・満足度・継続利用を高めるための各種施策をリードするポジションです。
セールス後のカスタマージャーニーにおいて顧客と伴走し、課題解決や顧客体験の向上、プロダクトから得られる価値の最大化に向けた戦略を策定・実行します。
CSMは、継続率・満足度向上を実現するベストインクラスの体制構築を支援し、収益創出につながるサクセスプランを設計するとともに、部門横断で連携しながら、世界水準のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供します。
顧客の信頼できるパートナーとして、利用促進・定着・更新を推進し、顧客の成功と中長期的な事業成長に貢献する役割を担います。
また、オンボーディング、更新、アップセルなどのポストセールス全般を担当し、Service Managerと連携しながらサービスマネジメントのサポートおよび顧客体験全体の向上に取り組みます。
