The Role

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for a portfolio of donorfacing programs that advance our mission and support the evolving needs of donors. The Senior Manager of Product Management, Philanthropy, will guide a selections of programs that strengthen our ability to help donors give more, give more effectively, and support their goals to strengthen the nonprofit sector.
Fidelity Charitable is looking for a talented individual to focus primarily on managing and designing programs to support philanthropy. Reporting to Vice President, Product Management, you will lead initiatives that increase adoption and usage of new programs, while scaling and improving existing programs. As donor needs become more complex, Fidelity Charitable programs and capabilities need to evolve to meet those needs. You will be asked to identify and analyze business opportunities, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized solutions. The Senior Manager will both support the build out of new program / product offerings as well as help maintain and support current donor and giving programs. Many programs will be focused on our most generous donor’s interests, including collaborative giving and giving with impact.
