Are you interested in identifying and delivering disruptive cutting-edge technologies? Lead the charge in steering product and service innovation for our company with clients to implement Spectrum ERP software.

What You Will Do

Lead the charge in steering product and service innovation for our company. Rally diverse teams to create and enhance offerings, guiding them from start to finish. Mastermind project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. Streamline cross-functional efforts to guarantee on-time, within-budget project completion.

  • Works on multiple projects as assigned, focusing on the analysis of the customer’s business goals, objectives and needs, and the general business environment.

  • Analyzes customers' business requirements and objectives; works with implementation consultants to develop a project design to meet customer business needs.  Guides customers through implementation methodology.

  • Develops complex project tasks from multiple organizations into a single cohesive plan that meets customer time frames and requirements.

  • Coordinates the activities of multiple organizations to meet the delivery deadlines outlined in the project plans and requirements documents.

  • Sees that appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. Establishes criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs. 

  • Works with clients and third parties to engage resources to meet external delivery deadlines, keeping the entire project on plan.
     

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant discipline plus a minimum of 1 years of experience in project management or related roles.  In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and practices (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)

  • Ability to work with and coordinate internal and multiple external resources to develop plans, execute implementation strategy, and maintain a cohesive team approach towards completing projects.

  • Strong knowledge and experience identifying risks as well as implementing risk mitigation plans.

  • Accomplished client-management skills, relationship-building skills, requirements gathering experience, and negotiating skills. 

In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
