YOUR MISSION
Join our IT HelpDesk team in vibrant Barcelona! We’re looking for dedicated tech enthusiasts to provide exceptional support for our essential business services. As a vital part of our IT organization, you’ll tackle challenges, enhance your skills, and help keep our operations running smoothly, making a real difference behind the scenes!
THE JOURNEY
Provide timely & effective support for all hardware provided by the IT department.
Hardware selection and orders.
Delivery/recovery to/from our end users.
Stock and inventory management.
Create/update/review policies.
Manage the life of the equipment.
Coordinate with local provider and partner across the world to deliver service where IT is not available.
Participate in our venue opening.
Lead a team.
Follow individual KPIs.
Prioritize the load.
Participate to new recruitment.
Coaching.
Oversee the budget.
Follow service SLOs and SLAs.
Follow team Objective Key Results.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in the field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience as a Team Lead.
Experience in project management.
Experience in hardware management.
Meeting rooms and video conference systems.
You speak English fluently.
