Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the application development process effectively. - Ensure seamless communication within the team and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of data processing and analysis which includes relational database - Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications. - Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving in application development - Cloud and related technologies such as AWS, Google, Azure. Should have good knowledge of CICD process Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Ready to work in shifts -12 PM to 10 PM
