Description:

Contract Administration coordinates the review and negotiation of a range of contract types, including confidentiality agreements, client engagement letters, service agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements and other business and commercial contracts. With a few years of experience, a Legal Consultant is still growing as an individual contributor, but can tackle problems and get the job done, sometimes with guidance from senior team members.

Manages the database for approved and ongoing contracts. Identifies and tracks non-standard contract terms contained in client contracts and serves as the coordinator for the collection of those contracts. Serves as the point of contact for internal functional colleagues for questions related to non-standard contract terms and other contracts-related and contract collection-related questions.

Handles Trackers and Reporting Data for the Contract Administration Team.

Assists with responses to Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Vendor Questionnaires and manages internal FAQ reference guide for questions.

Coordinates on finalization, execution and maintaining repository of contracts
Assists with training initiatives.
