Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications to meet project goals. You serve as the central liaison for all application-related activities, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth progress. Your role involves overseeing the application lifecycle, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational objectives. You actively manage priorities and resources to deliver effective and efficient application outcomes while fostering collaboration across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Identify potential risks in application delivery and propose mitigation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and governance frameworks.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects and managing portfolios effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Capability to monitor compliance with governance standards and ensure quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
