About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Brokerage Client Assistant.
In this role, you will:
Support Financial Advisory teams and their clients by providing account servicing, maintenance, new account opening, and completing various other administrative tasks
Support performance and overall effectiveness of Remote Client Associate Support Team (RCAST) staff
Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing administrative and operational processes and tools within RCAST Brokerage and Client Support functional area
Perform or guide others on complex administrative tasks including opening accounts and processing paperwork
Work with internal departments and RCAST leadership to solve service and operational issues
Process client service requests
Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to team
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate RCAST Brokerage Client Support team and functional area on wide range of information
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, or education
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years experience in brokerage operations, advisor support or financial services
Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior/lead or SME capacity
Strong exposure to back-office brokerage functions
Deep understanding of FINRA regulations
Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into operational guidance
Excellent spoken and written English (US business proficiency)
Expert-level problem solving and root cause analysis
Job Expectations:
Willing to work US hours
Willing to work on-site (BGC office)
