Let’s talk about this role
As the Digital Health Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and effective governance of the Payer to Partner strategy with business goals. This role will ensure the successful commercialisation of new digital health products/services by conducting market research, performing competitive analysis and providing actional insights for strategic decision making. In addition, this role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements and monitoring partnership performance to maximise value.
Support new nib ventures including joint ventures, strategic investments arrangements by “setting them up for success” by ensuring there’s operational, commercial and strategic clarity (both sides), as well as identify barriers and accelerate growth opportunities.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive innovation, growth and compliance with clinical and cybersecurity standards. Constantly challenge the status quo and appropriately look for continual efficiency improvements and alternative ways of thinking to deliver against Payer to Partner strategy and enhance commercial outcomes.
Let’s talk about you
This role requires an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of the digital health landscape and emerging trends, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional partnership building skills. You need a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in digital health, commercial partnerships or a related role.
Significant experience in strategic planning and execution, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and analysing competitive landscapes will set you up for success.
Furthermore, we’re looking for someone with:
A bachelor's degree in business, health, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully commercialising new products, portfolio management and leading strategic initiatives
Excellent business development, negotiation and communication skills
Analytical - Strong analytical and critical thinking including ability to evaluate data, market trends, leading to informed strategic decisions
