Key Account Manager  

Latvia

Amgen Baltic organization in Latvia is looking for a Key account manager. The person will work in an international cross-functional team and will report to Baltic Business Unit  Lead in Latvia.

This person will have a crucial role in bring valuable local market insights, driving cross functional projects and implement commercial strategy in Latvia.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Responsible for Amgen portfolio and sales business development in defined accounts.
  • Identifies key decision makers and maximizes sales for our products based on a multi stakeholder approach (e.g. hospitals, out patient segment, daily care, pharmacy, lead clinicians, etc.).
  • Creates, implements and monitors action plans for the accounts.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of the local accounts environment and ensures that the company's marketing/commercial strategy is aligned accordingly.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong background and experience as Sales Representative or Key Account Manager Pharmaceutical products (knowledge of Oncology/Hematology or cardiology products would be an advantage).
  • Current knowledge of national Health Care strategy, structure and funding/patient pathways.
  • Bachelor’ or Master’ degree in area which supports you to perform successfully in Healthcare industry is desired.
  • Result orientation, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good planning, execution and project management skills.
  • Fluent Latvian and good English language skills.
