Your role in our team:


Responsible for overall warehouse operations; manage, lead, and develop a team of 50+ associates and temporary staff.

  • Lead warehouse development initiatives in areas such as Safety, ESG, Operational Excellence, and Security;
  • Managing, motivating, and training the team;
  • Preparing and maintaining reports;
  • Monitoring and controlling the quality of work performed;
  • Lead the Operational Excellence program in the warehouse;
  • Identifying and preventing non-conformities in the process;
  • Ensure Compliance with all applicable rules and regulations (Local, Safety, Security, etc).


What you bring to the role?

  • Experience: 15+ years experience in Logistics and Warehousing, including at least 10 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop people and build effective teams;
  • Familiarity with developing processes and procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
  • At least college degree;
  • IT / Telecom experience/knowledge is preferred;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • A true cross-border team player;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
