Job Summary

As a representative for the Operations team, you will assist and support the team in all aspects of day to day operations.

Job Description

Essential Functions
1. Acts as liaison to Finance for the Operations team
2. Creates all Work Tickets and communicate with Finance to ensure correct and timely billing.
3. Receives monthly Credit Card statements and prepare Expense Reports for the Operations Team
4. Collaborates with the Operations Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational
infrastructure of systems, process and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the
company.
5. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
6. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals
and objectives.
7. Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
8. Allocates Floor Crew hours to specific job using Kronos
9. Follow up with internal customer
10. Order Safety Shoes upon request
11. Orders Uniforms for specific sites when requested by the Site Manager.
12. Orders Business Cards upon request
13. Assists the HR Business Partner

12. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.


Education and Work Experience
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role


Work Environment
1. Fast paced office environment

4. The noise level in the work environment is unusually loud.
5. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.
6. Heavy protection may be required and will be provided.
7. Occasionally exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.
