About The Role!

As the Innovation Activity Manager at Violife, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches. Your leadership will extend through multiple functional areas, aligning efforts with R&D, sales, insights, and supply chain teams to ensure that each new product not only reaches the market, but also thrives in it.

This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader who excels in project execution and market strategy, all while navigating the complexities of product commercialization. You will guide our innovative products from factory to shelf, making critical decisions that will impact their success and contribute towards Violife’ future growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Enable growth via flawless commercialization of Fewer, Bigger, Faster innovation – driving continuous improvement across all Innovation Governance & Commercialization KPIs
  • Provide world class Commercial Project Management, delivering creative solutions that add value & ensure flawless execution
  • Oversee the stage-gate process, ensuring that each project phase is completed on time, within budget, and meets the necessary quality standards.
  • Develop & manage the Innovation Hopper & Pipeline – value, resources –, facilitating comprehensive risk & trade-off assessments, and managing escalation processes to address potential issues proactively.
  • Systematically focus on driving synergies and minimizing duplication & low value add activity.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across product development, marketing, sales, and operations to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and analyze the performance of launched products, providing insights for continuous improvement and future product developments.

Recipe For Success:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launches
  • Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intimate knowledge of key retailer business practices
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partners
  • A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
