The major function of this position is:

Pick & Pack inventory, confirm orders via our SAP computer system and prepare for shipment.

Provide assistance in all areas of the Warehouse as communicated by the Warehouse Manager. Always look at ways we can improve our systems in order to WOW our customers.

In order of importance, the principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, team members and sales executives.
• Pick, pack and confirm daily orders to ship the same day.
• Receive, inspect and assess returned product to a high standard of quality control.
• Accurately enter all data into SAP in a timely manner.
• Breakdown of returned sunglasses for parts during our slow season.
• Inspect, clean, and repackage units if they need to be returned to inventory
• Continually seek to improve our processes and find ways to WOW our customers.

Additional Duties:

• Provide back up for our repairs department, completing them in accordance with Maui Jim standards.
• Carry out cycle counts of inventory when required
