What would you do? • Influencer Onboarding:
Oversee the influencer onboarding process, ensuring influencers receive and understand campaign briefs, guidelines, and terms and conditions (T&Cs). Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth start to the partnership.
• Contract & Usage Rights Management:
Draft, manage, and review influencer contracts, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand requirements. Oversee usage rights agreements, ensuring influencers understand the scope and platform distribution of content.
• Legal & Compliance Checks:
Work with legal teams to ensure content complies with regulations, including disclosures (e.g., #Ad) and advertising standards. Monitor posts to confirm accurate disclosures and adherence to local laws.
• Documentation & NDAs:
Manage necessary documentation, including NDAs and contracts, to ensure confidentiality and protect the brand. Track and store signed documents for compliance and audit purposes.
• Data Privacy Compliance:
Ensure influencer data is handled in compliance with privacy laws and educate influencers on data privacy protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
• Deliverables Tracking:
Monitor influencer deliverables, ensuring they meet timelines and contract obligations. Track progress on content creation and ensure submission of final content for approval.
• Process Optimization:
Continuously improve the onboarding and contracting process by identifying efficiencies and implementing tools to streamline workflows.
Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for? • Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, legal compliance, or contract management.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with legal contracts and influencer marketing regulations.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of intellectual property, contract law, and data privacy regulations.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deliverables.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address issues or delays related to influencer contracts, legal compliance, or deliverables.
