Roles and Responsibilities
Define and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and transformation objectives
Own and lead the global S&OP, Planning & Scheduling domain for Electrification Systems, covering the full tools portfolio (SynAPS, SOPI, and related solutions)
Coordinate and govern multiple product and deployment initiatives, ensuring coherence across tools, processes, and sites.
Provide program-level oversight on scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and budget across initiatives
Act as the primary interface between Business, DT, Product Owners, Integrators, and Vendors
Drive standardization and scalability of solutions while accommodating site-specific needs where required
Ensure effective change management, adoption, and value realization in collaboration with business stakeholders
Track and communicate program performance, KPIs, and benefits to senior leadership
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in Digital Transformation Programs
Strong understanding of business processes
Verbal and written communication skills, particularly with business teams / customers
Structured, organized, and result oriented
Fluent in English and French
