Job Description Summary

Electrification Systems is driving a global transformation of its S&OP, Planning & Scheduling capabilities to improve production planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision-making across manufacturing operations. The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end functional domain of the S&OP, Planning & Scheduling and related tools portfolio for Electrification Systems (SynAPS, SOPI...).
This role will provide strategic leadership, governance, and execution oversight across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and digital strategy. The Program Manager will work closely with Product Owners, DT Teams, System Integrators, Vendors, and Business Leaders to ensure successful deployment, scalability, and value realization of the planning ecosystem.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and transformation objectives

  • Own and lead the global S&OP, Planning & Scheduling domain for Electrification Systems, covering the full tools portfolio (SynAPS, SOPI, and related solutions)

  • Coordinate and govern multiple product and deployment initiatives, ensuring coherence across tools, processes, and sites.

  • Provide program-level oversight on scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and budget across initiatives

  • Act as the primary interface between Business, DT, Product Owners, Integrators, and Vendors 

  • Drive standardization and scalability of solutions while accommodating site-specific needs where required

  • Ensure effective change management, adoption, and value realization in collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Track and communicate program performance, KPIs, and benefits to senior leadership

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong experience in Digital Transformation Programs

  • Strong understanding of business processes 

  • Verbal and written communication skills, particularly with business teams / customers

  • Structured, organized, and result oriented

  • Fluent in English and French
