The Global Parts Pricing team is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Pricing Consultant for Structural Products.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability, improve volume sales, and align with the company’s overall business objectives. The position requires a strong background in pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and execute comprehensive pricing models based on market analysis, cost structures, and competitive studies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current pricing strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain financial models to support pricing decisions and assess the impact on profitability.
  • Analyze sales data, revenue performance, and profit margins to ensure pricing strategies are achieving desired results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Product Group, and Purchasing teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.

What You Have:

  • Working Knowledge in Customer Focus
  • Extensive Experience in Data Gathering & Analysis
  • Working Knowledge in Negotiation; Decision Making and Critical Thinking
  • Extensive Experience in Relationship Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration.
  • Usually 6-8 or more years of progressively responsible finance-related experience
  • Strong analytical, technical, communication and process management skills

  • Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to ensure a strong compliance culture (organization, policies and procedures)
  • Proven track record of demonstrating courage and emotional intelligence
  • The ability to prioritize workflow and accomplish tasks across the organization through collaboration and delegation
  • Experience with analytics-based forecasting

Additional information:

Limited Travel requirements (20%).

Flexible office policy (3 days per week).

The position is based in Geneva. Relocation is not supported.

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
